We venture to say, the Southwest Kansas town of Johnson City, Kansas.  Also known simply as Johnson, the town is defined by a flourish of trees in the midst of the wide expanse of prairie, open fields, and magnificent sunrises and sunsets.  As the seat of Stanton County, Johnson is located at Highway K-27 and US 160 Intersect.  The quiet community has an excellent school system, beautiful golf course, airport, swimming pool, recreation center, new Senior Center and Assisted Living Facility.
